TODO: At first we must identify what is the scope of the project, ie what are the requirements to meet in the project. Based on this information we can determine how many resources (people, tools, budget) need to develop it. But this will depend on the time required to complete the project. If we have availability of resources, then we can reduce the time. If there is no pressure of time then we have less staff and resources so that it can complete, another important task is the legal part of the project fixed points against the proposed legal regulations that govern our country with respect to households, foundations.

PROJECT.
