TIME FOR ALL.

All project costs are incurred. We need to know in advance what money we need and what money we have, to forecast revenues and expenses and adjust our financial resources with our activities. This is important to do two things. On the one hand provide a good budget and tries to make a financial calendar that lets us know how much we spend on each task to adapt our economy to the demands of the project in each of its phases.

There are many ways to make assumptions. The more general notes include: personnel, premises, materials and equipment, administrative expenses, and unforeseen benefits generated. Report all controlled by either weekly, or monthly charge.

PROJECT.

OBJECTIVES: "Children, teenagers living on the street in the process of restoring their lives, know Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior, value themselves, are handled responsibly in social groups, training and / or training process, developing a personal relationship with God that allowed social reintegration which themselves impact society being "salt and light" and became leaders of his generation "

TODO: At first we must identify what is the scope of the project, ie what are the requirements to meet in the project. Based on this information we can determine how many resources (people, tools, budget) need to develop it. But this will depend on the time required to complete the project. If we have availability of resources, then we can reduce the time. If there is no pressure of time then we have less staff and resources so that it can complete, another important task is the legal part of the project fixed points against the proposed legal regulations that govern our country with respect to households, foundations.
